We usually dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/email. Delivery time depends on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days across India.

Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a tracking ID and link via SMS/email. You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time on the courier partner’s website. Don’t worry 🙏. In such cases, the amount is usually reversed automatically by your bank/payment gateway within 5–7 business days. If the money does not reflect in your account after this period, please contact your bank directly and also inform us at +91-9873508055 or info[at]rudrakshamalas.com so we can assist you.

You can request a cancellation before your order is dispatched by contacting us at +91-9873508055 or info[at]rudrakshamalas.com. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If payment was made online and your cancellation is approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

If you entered the wrong address while placing your order, please contact us immediately at +91-9873508055 or info[at]rudrakshamalas.com. We can update the shipping/billing details only if your order has not been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we may not be able to change the address, and delivery may fail.

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects or if you receive a wrong/damaged product.

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • Consumable items like attars, incense, and other fragrance products are non-returnable once opened, unless defective.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible through photos and descriptions. However, since many of our items (like Rudraksha beads, attars, and handcrafted products) are natural or handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur. These variations do not affect the authenticity or quality of the product.
