Returns & Cancellation Policy

At RudrakshaMalas.com, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Returns & Cancellation Policy carefully to understand how we handle cancellations, returns, and refunds.

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our customer support.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If payment was made online and the order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

2. Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only in case of manufacturing defects or if you receive a wrong/damaged product.

You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (clear images/videos).

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Consumable items such as attars, incense, and other fragrance products are non-returnable once opened, unless defective.
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement or initiate a refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds (if approved) will be credited back to your original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases where the product was defective or wrong.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective:

Attars, incense sticks, scented candles, and other consumables once opened/used.
Customized or personalized products.
Items returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.
