3. Products & Use

We sell spiritual and devotional items including but not limited to Rudraksha malas, attars, copper products, incense, and candles.
All products are intended for devotional, spiritual, or personal use. We do not claim to provide medical advice, treatment, or guaranteed spiritual outcomes.

4. Payments

Accepted payment methods: UPI, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship only within India.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 working days via Shiprocket or other courier partners.
Shipping is free for orders above ₹499. Orders below ₹499 will have applicable shipping charges shown at checkout.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are accepted only in case of manufacturing defects or if you receive a wrong/damaged product.
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/videos) to be eligible for replacement or refund.
Consumable items (e.g., opened attars, incense, or other consumables) are non-returnable unless defective.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

7. User Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
You agree not to misuse the Website, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate applicable Indian laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Skunk Online Retail shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Website or products.
We make no guarantees regarding spiritual or health outcomes from using our products.
